Submit Your Script

Script submission is a simple, two step process. Just follow the steps in the order they are presented below.

First Step: Payment for Contest Entry

Please send payment through our secure credit card processor before moving on to script submission. Scripts sent without payment will be disregarded.

Current Entry Fee Rates:

  • Before October 1st, 2010- $29
  • Before November 1st, 2010- $34
  • Before December 1st, 2010- $39

Note: payment constitutes agreement to abide by terms and conditions provided in Official Competition Rules.

Second Step: Submit Your Screenplay

Send an email to writersadvantage@gmail.com containing the following:

  • In the body of email: The title of your script, name of author(s), along with mailing address, telephone number, and email address of primary contact.
  • In the body of email, it should be noted if: The entry is adapted from the entrant's original work, works in the public domain, or is based on a true story, historical or contemporary.
  • Attach: A PDF file containing a logline and synopsis. DO NOT SEND casting suggestions, letters, resumes or photos with your submission. Logline and synopsis only.
  • Attach: A PDF file of your 80-130 page script. A standard title page must be included as the first page of the screenplay, listing the title of your script, name of author(s), mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
